Cortlandt, New York – On September 20, 2018, the New York State Police from the Cortlandt barracks arrested Steven Cilento, age 33, of Peekskill, NY, for Burglary in the 3rddegree, a class D felony.

On September 8, 2018, Troopers responded to Rumba Bar on Oregon Road in the town of Cortlandt for a report of a burglary.  After nearly two weeks of investigation in collaboration with the City of Peekskill Police Department, and the Westchester County Real Time Crime Center, Investigators determined Cilento burglarized the Rumba Bar.  Entry was forced into the establishment, and approximately $2,000 in U.S. currency was reported missing.

Cilento was arraigned before the town of Cortlandt Court, and remanded to the Westchester County Jail without bail.  Cilento is next scheduled to appear before the Court on September 26, 2018, at 9:00 a.m.
