Loch Sheldrake man arrested for Driving While ability impaired by Drugs, Leandra law.

On September 5, 2018, SP Liberty initiated a stop of a vehicle for a vehicle and traffic violation in the town of Liberty. An investigation revealed that Shawn Morris, age 35, of Loch Sheldrake was operating his vehicle while impaired by drugs. Morris’s two-year-old child was also in the vehicle with him at the time of the stop. He was arrested for Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs, Leandra’s Law, a felony. He was ROR’d and is scheduled to appear in Town of Liberty Court on September 26, 2018.
