Dover man pleads guilty to felony DWI

Clinton County judges recently sentenced local offenders for their crimes. All were ordered to submit a DNA sample to the state databank and pay the $50 associated fee. All the crimes listed are felonies, unless otherwise noted.

 

JUDGE FAVREAU

PLATTSBURGH — Francis Lynehan, 67, of Dover Plains pleaded guilty to felony DWI, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and failure to keep right, a violation.

Favreau sentenced him to five years of probation with six months in jail and $2,550 in fines and surcharges. The judge also ordered him to attend a victim impact panel and install an ignition interlock device in his vehicle.
