State Police arrested nine motorists for Driving While Intoxicated

On August 20, 2018, State Police Liberty arrested Daniel Kane, 33, of Roscoe, NY for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 52 in the town of Liberty when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On August 20, 2018, State Police Montgomery arrested Daniel Pagnotta, 32, of Newburgh, NY for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 980T in the city of Newburgh when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On August 20, 2018, State Police Ellenville arrested Patrina Miller, 60, of Kerhonkson, NY for DWI. She was traveling on State Route 209 in the town of Wawarsing when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On August 20, 2018, State Police Coxsackie arrested Joseph Dennin, 29, of Accord, NY for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 209 in the town of Marbletown when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On August 20, 2018, State Police Middletown arrested Cahil Hyacinthe, 23, of Middletown, NY for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 211 in the town of Wallkill when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On August 20, 2018, State Police Hamptonburg arrested Venus Sanchez, 56, of New Windsor, NY for DWI. She was traveling on State Route 32 in the town of New Windsor when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On August 20, 2018, State Police Highland arrested Frank Cowan, 45, of Kingston, NY for DWI. He was traveling on Interstate 87 in the town of New Paltz. During a commercial vehicle inspection it was determined that the operator, Frank Cowan had consumed alcohol and was intoxicated. He was subsequently arrested.
On August 21, 2018, State Police Highland arrested Erica Libolt, 33, of New Paltz, NY for DWI. She was traveling in the town of New Paltz when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
