State Police Wurtsboro Arrest Wallkill Man for Felony DWI

On March 26th, 2015 Wurtsboro Troopers arrested a Wallkill man for Felony Driving While Intoxicated and Felony Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Vehicle.
Thursday evening Wurtsboro Troopers responded to a vehicle off the roadway on Burlingham road in Bloomingburg. While assisting the motorist off the roadway a second vehicle operated by Michael Cappiello, of Wallkill, came to the scene to assist the first vehicle by pulling it out. While interviewing Cappiello Troopers noticed that he was intoxicated. After investigating matter further Cappiello was arrested and transported to SP Wurtsboro. Cappiello was charged with Felony Driving While Intoxicated along with Felony Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a vehicle. Cappiello was arraigned in Town of Mamakating Court and remanded to Sullivan County Jail.
