City of Middletown man arrested for Attempted Murder 2nd Degree

On July 3, 2018, State Police Middletown arrested Elijah J. Underwood, 23 of Middletown, NY in connection with the shooting that occurred on April 22, 2018, in the parking lot of JD’s Sports Bar located in the town of Wallkill.
Elijah Underwood was charged with Attempted Murder 2nd Degree, Criminal Use of a Firearm 1st Degree, Criminal Possession of a Weapon 2nd Degree, Reckless Endangerment 1st Degree, Criminal Mischief 2nd Degree, all felonies.
He was arraigned in the Town of Wallkill Court and remanded to Orange County Jail in lieu of bail $200,000 cash bail or $600,000 bond
