SUNY Oswego

OSWEGO, NY (06/28/2018)– Nearly 1,000 students, including several from the area, completed their baccalaureate studies at SUNY Oswego in spring 2018 and were recognized during Commencement in May.

Lauren M. Sandford of George Court in Clinton Corners completed a bachelor of arts degree in human development, summa cum laude, this spring

Matthew J. Guarnieri of South Road in Holmes completed a bachelor of arts degree in public relations, cum laude, this spring

Ann M. Krupenye of Quebec Road in Patterson completed a bachelor of science degree in accounting this spring

Taylor B. Folchetti of Pine Drive in Pawling completed a bachelor of science degree in marketing this spring

Kyle A. Dinges of Noble Hill Drive in Poughquag completed a bachelor of arts degree in broadcasting and mass communication this spring

Melissa T. Labonte of P.O. Box 135 in Salt Point completed a bachelor of science degree in accounting, cum laude, this spring

Anthony P. Loria of Ridgecrest Drive in Wingdale completed a bachelor of arts degree in history this spring

A student who graduates with honors is indicated by the traditional Latin phrases summa cum laude, with highest honor (grade averages of 3.8 to 4.0); magna cum laude, with great honor (grade averages of 3.6 to 3.79); and cum laude, with honor (grade averages of 3.30 to 3.59).
