Litchfield County in northern Connecticut…
Berkshire County in western Massachusetts…
Southeastern Ulster County in east central New York…
Dutchess County in east central New York…
South central Columbia County in east central New York…
* Until 900 AM EDT.

* At 600 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Overflowing poor drainage areas will result in minor flooding in the advisory area. Up to two inches of rain have already fallen.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include…

Pittsfield, Torrington, Poughkeepsie, New Milford, Kingston, Beacon, North Adams, Great Barrington, Sherman, Rhinebeck, Pawling, Hyde Park, Pleasant Valley, Adams, Thomaston, New Hartford, Lee, Wappingers Falls, Lenox and Amenia.

Additional rainfall of 1 to 2 inches is expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
