Tivoli woman arrested for menacing Central Hudson crews

Tivoli, New York – On June 27, 2018, the New York State Police from the Rhinebeck barracks arrested Mona F. Herman, age 60, of Tivoli, for Menacing in the 2nd degree, a class A misdemeanor.
At approximately 12:00 p.m., Troopers responded to Mandalin Court in the village of Tivoli for a report of a woman screaming at Central Hudson work crews in the area. An investigation found Herman menaced the Central Hudson employees with a knife and pepper spray.
Herman was arraigned before the village of Red Hook Court and remanded to the Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $1,000 cash bail or $2,500 bond. Herman is next scheduled to appear before the Court on July 2, 2018, at 5:30 p.m.
