Wappinger woman arrested for stealing over $50,000 from her employer in Millbrook

Washington, New York – On June 26, 2018, the New York State Police from the Poughkeepsie barracks arrested Nicole L. Robishaw, age 36, of Wappinger, NY, for Grand Larceny in the 2^nd degree, a class C felony.

In May of 2017 representatives of Millbrook Electric Incorporated contacted the State Police regarding the theft of funds from company bank accounts.  An investigation found Robishaw who was employed as the Office Manager at Millbrook Electric Inc., stole in excess of $50,000 for her personal benefit.

Robishaw was arraigned before the town of Pleasant Valley Court, and released to the supervision of the Dutchess County Probation Department.  Robishaw is next scheduled to appear before the town of Washington Court on July 24, 2018, at 5:00 p.m.
