THREE MEN CHARGED WITH HEROIN AND CRACK COCAINE IN THE TOWN OF RED HOOK.
Red Hook Police report the arrest of Cody A. Alexander, 27 of Red Hook, Johnathan R. Barrett of Pine Plains and Brandon J. Shaw of Germantown. Following a traffic stop at 9:30 pm on South Broadway in the Town of Red Hook all three men were found to be in possession of illegal narcotics. Cody Alexander was charged with (2) counts of CPCS 7th degree (Heroin / Crack Cocaine) and (1) count of Criminal Possession of a weapon. Johnathan R. Barrett was charged with (2) counts of CPCS 7th degree (Heroin / Suboxone) Shaw was charged with (1) count of CPCS 7th (Heroin). Cody Alexander and Johnathan R. Barratt were both arraigned and remanded to Dutchess County Jail on $1,000 cash bail.
