Judith Ann Cahill (Hay) passed away peacefully at home on Friday, June 15th surrounded by her loving family.
Judith, daughter of Fredrick and Alice Cahill, was born on April 29, 1943 in Sharon, CT.
She spent many years as a bus monitor for the Pine Plains School and taking care of others as if they were her own. The remainder of her years were spent being a caring, compassionate wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend.
Judy is survived by eight children, Brian and Christine Hay, Bruce and Carol Hay, Barbara and Donald Hay Hottes, Barry and Suzanne Hay, Bradley and Emily Hay, Blaine Hay, Gayle Hay and Gene and Andrea Hay; seventeen grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and many close family members who adored her. She is now at peace and reunited with the love of her life.
A celebration of her life will be held on Sunday, July 1st, at the Pine Plains Lions Pavilion from 1-5pm. Everyone is welcome.
