Bloomingbrug man arrested for domestic violence and drug possession

On May 28th, 2018, New York State Police at Wurtsboro charged Kodi W. Jennings, of Bloomingburg, NY with Driving While Intoxicated, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th, Criminal Obstruction of Breathing, and Harassment 2nd.

Troopers responded to a domestic incident, where it was determined that Jennings did engage the victim in a physical altercation. During the incident, Jennings was alleged to have choked the victim. Further investigation found Jennings to be operating his motor vehicle while intoxicated, as well as possessing approximately 1.5 grams of methamphetamine.

Jennings was processed and arraigned before the town of Mamakating Court and was remanded to Sullivan County Jail pending a future court appearance.
