Thirty-five motorists arrested for Driving While Intoxicated

On April 27, 2018, State Police Highland arrested Tara McKinistry, 45 of Highland, NY for DWI and Leaving the Scene of a Personal Injury Accident. Troopers responded to a report of a vehicle crash involving two vehicles and one vehicle fleeing the scene. An investigation revealed that McKinistry struck another vehicle and left the scene. An investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.

On April 27, 2018, State Police Montgomery arrested Victor Nazario, 33 of Newburgh, NY for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 32 in the town of Newburgh when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.

On April 27, 2018, State Police Florida arrested Phillip Stannard, 38 of Bushkill, PA for DWI.
