Dover teen arrested for felony DWI

Dover, New York – On April 28, 2018, the New York State Police from the Dover Plains barracks arrested Jorge Guzman, age 17, of Dover, for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated with a Child less than 16 in the vehicle, a class E felony.
On April 28, 2018, Troopers were dispatched to Halls Corners Road in the town of Dover for a property damage motor vehicle crash at approximately 9:30 p.m. Investigation determined Guzman was operating under the influence of alcohol with a child less than 16-years-old in the vehicle.
Guzman was taken to Mid-Hudson Regional Hospital, and issued an appearance ticket returnable to the town of Dover Court on May 14, 2018, at 4:00 p.m.
