Connecticut man arrested for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated

Southeast, New York – On February 1, 2015, New York State Police from the Brewster barracks arrested Marshall L. Mullen Jr., 31 years old, of Waterbury, Connecticut, for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, a Misdemeanor.

Troopers stopped the vehicle Mullen was operating for an equipment violation. While speaking with Mullen, he displayed clues that indicated he was under the influence of alcohol.

Mullen submitted to a chemical test that revealed a Blood Alcohol Content of .18%, more than two time the legal limit of intoxication. Mullen was issued traffic tickets ordering him to appear before the Town of Southeast Court on February 17, 2015 at
6:00 p.m.
