Liberty Troopers arrest Monticello man for DWI drugs and Outstanding Warrants

State Police in Liberty arrested 29 yr old Rashad A. Williams of Monticello for Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs.  Williams was operating a vehicle on North Main St in the Village of Liberty when he was stopped for a traffic offense.  While being interviewed by the Trooper, Williams showed signs of impairment.  He failed sobriety tests and was taken into custody.  Williams also had an outstanding warrant out of the Town of Liberty.  Williams was processed at the Liberty Barracks and remanded to SCJ to reappear in the Town of Liberty at a later date.
