ARMONK, NY –  (March 24, 2018) – Rochelle Carrington, South Salem resident and founder of Second Wind Advisory Group, Inc. a Sandler Training franchise in New York, has been awarded the 2018 David H. Sandler Award. The award is the highest in the company and Rochelle is the first female recipient in the 15-year history of the award.
