Wurtsboro Troopers charge Monroe man with Aggravated DWI

On February 28, 2018, Troopers out of the Wurtsboro barracks charged James A. Oshea, 66, of Monroe, NY with Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated. Troopers responded to a motor vehicle accident on State Route 17 in the town of Mamakating. During the investigation, the troopers determined operator James Oshea to be DWI. He was placed under arrest and transported to SP Wurtsboro where he submitted to a chemical test that showed a blood alcohol concentration of .23%. He is set to appear in the town of Mamakating Court on 3/6/18 at 9:00 am.
