Pawling, New York – On February 25, 2018, the New York State Police from the Dover barracks arrested David Porter, age 50, of Pawling, for Assault in the 3rd degree, a class A misdemeanor.

On February 25, 2018, at approximately 7:15 p.m., Troopers were dispatched to Route 292 in the town of Pawling for a domestic dispute.  An investigation determined Porter struck and caused injury to the victim’s face.

Porter was arraigned before the town of Pawling Court and remanded to the Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $500 cash bail or $1,000 bond.
