Bronx man arrested for grand larceny in Wappingers Falls

Wappinger, New York – On February 21, 2018, the New York State Police from the Wappinger barracks arrested Anthony Gray, age 52, of Bronx, NY, for Grand Larceny in the 3rd degree, a class D felony.
On February 21, 2018, at approximately 2:10 p.m., Troopers responded to the Home Depot in the village of Wappingers Falls for a larceny reported by Loss Prevention. An investigation determined Anthony Gray stole over $3,000 worth of merchandise.
Anthony Gray was arraigned before the town of East Fishkill Court and remanded to the Dutchess County Jail without bail. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for February 27, 2018, at 11:00 AM at the village of Wappingers Falls Court.
