Wappinger, New York – On February 19, 2018, the New York State Police from the Wappinger barracks arrested Elisha D. Henry, age 23, of Peekskill, New York, for Sexual Abuse in the First Degree, a class D felony.

On February 19, 2018, the State Police received a complaint of sexual conduct with a victim under the age of eleven-years-old.  An investigation found that Henry had engaged in sexual contact with victim in the town of Wappinger.

Henry was arraigned before the Town of Pleasant Valley Court, and remanded to the Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash bail or $20,000 bond.  Henry is next scheduled to appear before the town of Wappinger Court on February 22, 2018, at 5:30 p.m.
