Clinton man arrested for rape of a thirteen-year-old

Pine Plains, New York – On January 28, 2018, the New York State Police from the Pine Plains barracks and the Rhinebeck Bureau of Criminal Investigation arrested Bryan C. McGarry, age 25, of Clinton, NY, for two counts of Rape in the 2nd degree, a class D felony.
McGarry was arrested for having sexual intercourse with a thirteen-year-old victim on two separate occasions in 2017 in the town of Pine Plains.
McGarry was arraigned before the Village of Red Hook Court and remanded to the supervision of the Dutchess County Probation Department.
