Underdage Drinking Initiative nets 2 arrests in Rockland County

PRESS RELEASE

State Police conducted an Underage Drinking Initiative on March 16, 2015, in Rockland County. As part of the investigation, an underage volunteer was sent into each business in an attempt to have the clerk sell the minor alcohol. Two people were arrested at local establishments for selling alcohol to the underage operative. They were:

James Gliemann (22) of Pearl River, NY at the Seven-Eleven convenience store on North Middletown Road in Pearl River. Gliemann was charged with Unlawfully Dealing with a Child 1st Degree, and Prohibited Sale of Alcohol. He was released on an appearance ticket to appear at the Orangetown Town Court.

Muhammad Mostofa (42) of Haverstraw, NY at the Stony Point Fuel Mart (Sunoco) on Willow Grove Road in Stony Point. Mostofa was charged with Unlawfully Dealing with a Child 1st Degree, and Prohibited Sale of Alcohol. He was issued an Appearance Ticket for the Village of Stony Point Court.
