Underage Drinking Initiative nets 3 arrests in Orange County

PRESS RELEASE

The New York State Police conducted an Underage Drinking Initiative on March 13, 2015, in Orange County. As part of the investigation, an underage volunteer was sent into each business in an attempt to have the clerk or bartender sell or serve the minor alcohol. Three people were arrested at local establishments for selling alcohol to the underage operative. They were:

Allison Worth (23) of Pine Bush, NY a bartender at the Grasshopper Tavern on ST-52 in Pine Bush. Worth was charged with Prohibited Sale of Alcohol. She was issued an Appearance Ticket for the Town of Crawford Court on 03/23/15.

Christine Davila (35) of Chester, NY, a clerk at the Mobil Mart on St-17M in Chester. Davila was charged with Prohibited Sale of Alcohol. She was issued an Appearance Ticket for the Village of Chester Court on 04/09/15

Peter Anthony (53) of Middletown, NY, a clerk at the Gulf Gas/Convenience store on Greenwich Avenue in Goshen. Anthony was charged with Prohibited Sale of Alcohol. He was issued an Appearance Ticket for the Village of Village Court on 03/25/15.
