Four arrested in state police Underage Drinking Initiate

The New York State Police at Catskill conducted an Underage Drinking Initiate on Friday, January 26^th, 2018.  Store employees were solicited by a subject under the age of 21 years old, who would attempt to purchase an alcoholic beverage.

The below four subjects were arrested for selling an alcoholic beverage to the underage subject.  They were all charged with the Penal Law Misdemeanor of Unlawfully Dealing with a Child in the First Degree and the Alcohol Beverage Control Act Violation of Section 65-1 for prohibited sale.

1.  Jordan S. Hogan, employed at the Valero Convenient Store in Hunter.  He was issued an appearance ticket to the town of Hunter Court.

2.  Brook K. Harvey, employed at the Cumberland Farms Convenient Store in Hunter.  He was issued an appearance ticket to the town of Hunter Court.

3. Jennifer L. Wagner, employed at the Durham Valley Liquor Store in Durham.  He was issued an appearance ticket to the town of Durham Court.

4. Kumar Sonjay Patel, employed at the Bottle and Cork Liquor Store in Coxsackie.  He was issued an appearance ticket to the town of Coxsackie Court
