Brooklyn man arrested for criminal gun possession

North Salem, New York – On January 24, 2018 the New York State Police from the Somers barracks arrested Antoine Davison, age 23, of Brooklyn, NY, for Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 2nd degree, a class C felony, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th degree, a class A misdemeanor, and Unlawful Possession of Marihuana, a violation.

On January 24, 2018, at approximately 11:00 p.m., Troopers were dispatched to Wheeler Road in the town of North Salem for a report of a domestic dispute.  Investigation found Davison in possession of an illegal Kel Tec 9MM hand gun, a small amount of marijuana, and Alprazolam.

Davison was arraigned before the town of North Salem Court and remanded to the Westchester County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash bail or $20,000 bond.  Davison is next scheduled to appear before the court on February 5, 2018 at 6 p.m.
