Boiceville fire in October determined to be Arson

The New York State Police at Kingston have concluded an investigation into the cause of a fire that occurred on October 11, 2017, at 95 Ronsen Road Boiceville, NY. State Police with the assistance of the Ulster County Fire Coordinator’s Office and the town of Olive Fire Department, determined that the fire was intentionally ignited.

Four juveniles have been issued Family Court Appearance Tickets for Arson Third Degree (C Felony) as a result of the investigation.
