Cortlandt, New York – On January 7, 2018, the New York State Police from the Cortlandt barracks arrested Robert R. Ulman, age 51, of Cortlandt, for Menacing in the 2nd degree, and Criminal Mischief in the 4th degree (preventing an emergency call), both class A misdemeanors.

On January 7, 2018, at approximately 11:24 p.m., Troopers were dispatched to Pinehurst Court in the town of Cortlandt for a domestic dispute.  The investigation revealed Ulman used a kitchen knife to menace the victims and took their phones to prevent any emergency call.

Ulman was arraigned before the town of Cortlandt Court and released on his own recognizance.  Ulman is next scheduled to appear before the court on January 11, 2018, and an order of protection was issued on behalf of the victims.
