New Lebanon man arrested for unlawful surveillance and criminal possession of weapons

New Lebanon, New York – On January 5, 2018, the New York State Police from the New Lebanon barracks and SP Livingston Bureau of Criminal Investigation arrested Justin Lottey, of New Lebanon, for Unlawful Surveillance in the 2nd degree, a class E felony, four counts of Criminal Possession of a Weapon, class A misdemeanors, and Criminal Possession of Marihuana, a class B misdemeanor.
On January 3, 2018 Troopers received a complaint of unlawful surveillance from the victim on Route 20 in the town of New Lebanon. Investigation conducted by Troopers and Investigators allowed for the application of search warrant which was granted by the court. During the execution of the warrant on January 5, 2018, State Police found illegal weapons, and approximately 33.5 grams of marijuana.
Lottey was arraigned before the town of New Lebanon Court and released on his own recognizance. An order of protection was requested and granted on behalf of the victim.
