PRESS RELEASE  

Hyde Park, New York – On November 21, 2017 the New York State Police Community Narcotics Enforcement Team (CNET) in the conjunction with the Town of Hyde Park Police Department conducted a narcotics investigation which resulted in the arrest of David Seymour, aged 54, of North Quaker Lane, Hyde Park, NY, for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd Degree with the Intent to Sell, a Class B Felony.

State Police Investigators arrested Seymour on a vehicle traffic stop subsequent to a narcotics investigation. At the time of arrest, Seymour was found to unlawfully possess over 100 oxycodone pills, and over $9000 in U.S. currency.

Seymour was arraigned before the Town of Hyde Park Justice Court and remanded to the Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $15,000 cash bail or $30,000 bond.
