State Police in Highland arrest Gardiner woman for Rape Third Degree

The New York State Police BCI in Highland report the arrest of Catlin Sukunda 25 years old of Gardiner, New York.  State Police received information that Sukunda had a sexual relationship with a 15 year old male, which occurred in August of this year.  Sakunda was charged with  Rape 3^rd, Criminal Sex act 3^rd  and Disseminating Indecent Material to a Minor 2^nd all class E Felonies.  Sukunda was additionally charged with the class A misdemeanors of Aggravated Harassment 2^nd and Endangering the Welfare of a child.  Sukunda was arraigned in the Town of Gardiner Court and remanded to Ulster County Jail on $2,500 cash bail, $5,000 bond
