Red Hook Police report the arrest of John S. Ostoyic, 42 of Tivoli. Ostoyic was arrested Saturday at 10:30 pm on North Broadway in the Village of Red Hook and was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a felony, as well as criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal impersonation, both misdemeanors. Following a traffic stop Ostoyic provided police with a fake name, was found to have over 15 suspensions on his license and possessed heroin. He was arraigned in Village court and sent to Dutchess County Jail on $5,000 cash bail.
