PRESS RELEASE
On September 30th, 2017, the New York State Police arrested Wifredo Soto-Perez, 21, of Oak Run, CA, for Operating a Motor Vehicle Impaired by Drugs and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree.
Soto-Perez was stopped for an exhaust violation on State Route 17B in the Town of Thompson and after failing several Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, Soto-Perez was placed under arrest. Soto-Perez was transported to SP Liberty where he provided a blood sample. Soto-Perez was then processed, and turned over to a third party scheduled to appear in the Town of Thompson Court on October 4th, 2017 at 5:00 PM.
