State Police Investigating Serious Two Car Auto Accident in the Town of Kinderhook

The State Police are investigating a two car personal injury auto accident that occurred on State Route 9H in the Town of Kinderhook.  The accident occurred at approximately 4:00 PM when a vehicle being operated by a 22-year-old female was northbound on State Route 9H stopped in traffic attempting to make a left hand turn into Presidential Estates.  The second involved vehicle also northbound on State Route 9H struck the first vehicle in the rear.  Both operators complained of minor pain and were transported to Albany Medical Center for evaluation.  The passenger of the first vehicle, a 67-year-old female was also transported to Albany Medical Center Intensive Care Unit and is in stable condition.  Investigation is still on going.
