RED HOOK MAN CHARGED WITH FELONY GRAND LARCENY
On Friday September 8, 2017 the Red Hook Police Department responded to Mill Road Elementary School for a report of a wallet that had been stolen from a vehicle during student pick up.. After a week long investigation police arrested Zarchary S. Couse, 32 of Red Hook NY and charged him with Grand Larceny a Felony. During the course of the investigation Couse was interviewed and subsequently admitted to stealing the wallet from the vehicle that was parked outside of the Mill Road Elementary School. Couse was processed and is due to appear in Town of Red Hook court on September 28, 2017.
