Town of Lloyd Police reports the arrest for the following:
MAMOUDOU M. SOW age: 29
Poughkeepsie, NY
Sow was arrested August 21st and charged with Public Lewdness. He is accused of exposing himself to two women who were walking on Haviland Road in Highland. Sow was released on an appearance ticket and is due in the Town of Lloyd Court on August 29, 2017.
LADEERA S. EDWARDS age: 34
Poughkeepsie, NY
Edwards was arrested August 18th on a bench warrant for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree and False Personation. She was arraigned before Town of Lloyd Judge Elia, released and is due back in the Town of Lloyd Court on August 29, 2017
Lloyd Police arrested three Highland individuals on August 16th.They are accused of stealing a motorized Go Kart valued at $400.00 dollars from a residence on Vineyard Ave in Highland. Kyle Sumahit, age 21 and a 16 year old teenager are charged with Petit Larceny, Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 5th degree and Conspiracy 6th degree. A second 16 year old teenager was charged with Petit Larceny and Conspiracy 6th degree. Sumahit and one of the 16 year old teenagers were arraigned before Town of Lloyd Judge Elia and remanded to the Ulster County Jail on $2,000 cash bail or $10,000 insurance bond.They are due back in the Town of Lloyd Court on August 24, 2017. The second 16 year old was released on an appearance ticket and is due in the Town of Lloyd Court on August 31, 2017.
JESSICA M. RUSS age: 29
Poughkeepsie, NY
Russ was arrested August 16th on a bench warrant for Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle, Petit Larceny, Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 4th degree and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd degree. Russ was arraigned before Town of Esopus Judge Manicone and remanded to the Ulster County Jail on $5,000 cash bail or $10,000 insurance bond. Russ is due back in the Town of Lloyd Court on August 29, 2017.
ANGEL QUINTERO age: 22
Milton, NY
Quintero was arrested August 17th and charged with Reckless Driving along with other vehicle and traffic violations after he was observed at a high rate of speed passing a vehicle on Rt. 44/55 in Highland. Quintero was released on tickets and is due in the Town of Lloyd Court on September 07, 2017.
