On June 13, a dozen members of the Pawling community attended a two hour special program that was offered at the Pawling Library by The Blue Olive. Many attendees arrived early in order to make sure they found optimum seating. Most had attended The Blue Olive’s previous presentations at the library and knew what to expect. During this cooking demonstration the host and chef, John Canevari, created three dishes for the program attendees.. Each attendee received a printout of the recipes and John encouraged all to have fun with them at home. The Blue Olive’s John Leahy graciously served.
