Connecticut man arrested for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated

Southeast, New York – On March 7, 2015, New York State Police from the Brewster barracks arrested Luis J. Perez-Rodriguez, 21 years old, of Danbury, Connecticut, for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, a Misdemeanor.
Troopers stopped a vehicle traveling on Deans Corners Road for failing to maintain its lane of travel. Following an investigation, it was discovered that the driver of the vehicle, Perez-Rodriguez, was intoxicated.
Perez-Rodriguez supplied police with a breath sample revealing a Blood Alcohol Content of .19% and was issued traffic tickets ordering him to appear before the Town of Southeast Court on March 12, 2015.
