UNION VALE – June Alexander, 91 of the Town of Union Vale, passed away at her residence on Saturday, May 20, 2017.
Born in Yonkers,NY on September 14, 1925, she was the daughter of Joseph and Ann Casey Cowles.
June was an artist/designer, a pilot, author and systems analyst.
She is survived by her 5 children; Keith Lurken, Diane Hogan, Kathy Lurken, Yvonne Lurken and Scott Lurken; her 4 grandchildren; her 5 great grandchildren; her brother, John Cowles; and son in law, Harvey Insler. She was predeceased by her son Mark Lurken.
Funeral services and burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
