Long Island Woman Arrested for Damaging Home in Woodstock, NY

On May 22, 2017 ANA D. ROCKMAN was arrested after surrendering herself at the New York State Police Barracks in Kingston, NY in response to an Arrest Warrant being issued for her arrest.

On August 20, 2015 the New York State Police – BCI assumed an investigation from the Town of Woodstock Police Department involving the burglary and destruction of the contents of a residence in the Woodstock, NY hamlet of Bearsville. Responding Troopers and Investigators discovered that someone had forced entry to the residence and damaged the personal property of the owner. The items damaged consisted of artwork, antiques, electronic devices and appliances, musical instruments, the structure itself, and personal sentimental items. The total dollar amount of the property damaged exceeded $350,000.00.

An investigation led to the arrest of ANA D. ROCKMAN the ex-wife of the homes owner. ROCKMAN was arraigned in the Town of Woodstock Court before Town Judge RICHARD HUSTED and posted bail in the amount of $5,000.00. ROCKMAN was also ordered to surrender her passport as a term of being released on bail.

The New York State Police BCI in Kingston were assisted by the New York State Police Forensic Investigation Unit, the New York State Intelligence Center, and the Town of Woodstock Police Department.
