Grand Larceny and Forgery Arrest

On May 18, 2017 The New York State Police at Kingston report the arrest of Dennis O. Stokes, age 36, of Hurley, NY for the charges of Grand Larceny 3rd, a class D Felony and two counts of Forgery 2^nd, a class D Felony.  Stokes was arrested after the investigation revealed that he stole and forged checks in the complainants name.

Stokes was arraigned before Town of Hurley Justice Parker and remanded to the Ulster County Jail without bail
