Sex Offender Moves To Dover

The New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services issued an alert on Friday to Dutchess County residents regarding the residency of 52-year-old Timothy Robinson.

Robinson reported an address change to a Brady Lane apartment in Dover Plains.

Robinson is a Level 3 threat, which means he is a “high-risk repeat offender and possible threat to public safety.”

Robinson had sexual intercourse and sexual contact with a 13-year-old girl in March 1992 and was arrested by the Nassau County Police Department’s Missing Person and Sex Offender Registry Unit and sentenced to between two and four years in state prison in July that same year.
