Ossining man charged with Driving While Intoxicated

Cortlandt, New York – On March 7, 2015 at approximately 1:22 a.m., the New York State Police in Cortlandt arrested Carlos M. Santiago, age 66, of Ossining, New York, for Driving While Intoxicated, a Misdemeanor.
Subsequent to a vehicle and traffic stop conducted on State Route 9 for failing to maintain his lane of travel, Santiago was found to be intoxicated.
Santiago was issued uniform traffic tickets ordering him to appear before the Town of Cortlandt Court on March 20, 2015 at 9:00 a.m.
