Valatie, New York – On March 6, 2015 at approximately 2:20 p.m., New York State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation from the Livingston barracks arrested Enricka Logan, 29 years old, of Catskill, New York, for Grand Larceny 4th Degree, a Class E Felony, and Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4th Degree, a Class A Misdemeanor.

On March 6, 2015, Troopers were dispatched by Columbia County 911 to Shooter’s Sports in the Village of Valatie for a report of a subject who was observed leaving the sporting goods store with a rifle concealed in his pants.

Troopers arrived on scene and interviewed the store owner who reports that Logan was observed exiting the store with a Ruger M77 rifle shoved down his pant leg. The store owner contacted 911 as a patron stopped Logan in the parking lot.
Further investigation revealed that Logan, a two time convicted felon, is not permitted to possess a firearm.
