SP Kingston – Disseminating Indecent Material To Minors in the second degree

On April 25, 2017, the Ulster County Family and Child Advocacy Center which is comprised of members of the New York State Police, Ulster County Sheriff’s, Child Protective Services and the Ulster County District Attorney’s Office announce the arrest of FALISHA LEWIS for Disseminating Indecent Material to Minors in the second degree and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.

The Ulster County Family and Child Advocacy Center completed and an investigation into indecent material sent to minor in the City of Kingston which resulted in the arrest of LEWIS, age 34 of Kingston.

LEWIS was arrested at the SP Kingston barracks and was issued an appearance ticket to the City of Kingston Court on May 5, 2017.  The case was turned over to the Ulster County District Attorney’s Office Special Victims Unit.
