Poughkeepsie Man Arrested for Grand Larceny

PRESS RELEASE
The New York State Police in Montgomery report the arrest of Martin J. Dyckman, age 45, for the class E felonies of Scheme to Defraud in the 1st degree and Grand Larceny in the 4th degree.
Investigation revealed that Mr. Dyckman accepted over $5,000 in down payments from multiple victims to install flooring within their homes without ever purchasing any supplies or starting any work.
Mr. Dyckman was arraigned in the Town of Newburgh Court and remanded to Orange County Jail in lieu of $1000 bail.
