Millbrook Man Arrested Following an Accident For Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs
Town of Lloyde – Nicholas W. Frisina was arrested on March 27th and charged with Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree after he was involved in an automobile accident. He was released on an appearance ticket and is due back in the Town of Lloyd Court on April 20, 2017.
