Town of Lloyd Police reports the arrest of the following:
Nicholas W. Frisina age: 24
Millbrook, NY
Frisina was arrested on March 27th and charged with Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree after he was involved in an automobile accident. He was released on an appearance ticket and is due back in the Town of Lloyd Court on April 20, 2017.
Shalina C. Davis Age: 25
Poughkeepsie, NY
Davis was arrested on March 29th and charged with Criminal Mischief 4th degree, Obstructing Governmental Administration 2nd degree and Resisting Arrest. She was released on an appearance ticket and is due back in the Town of Lloyd Court on April 13, 2017.
Brittany A. McDonald age: 25
Beacon, NY
McDonald was arrested on March 30th on a bench warrant for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree and Criminally Possessing a Hypodermic Instrument. She was arraigned before Judge Rizzo and was remanded to Ulster County Jail on $275 cash bail, $1,000 insurance bond. She is due back in the Town of Lloyd Court on April 6, 2017.

A twenty one year old male was arrested on April 1st and charged with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. He was released on an appearance ticket and is due back in the Town of Lloyd Court on April 27, 2017.

Rhinebeck, NY
McArthur was arrested on April 2nd and charged with Driving While Intoxicated after being stopped for traffic violations on SR 44/55. She was released and is due back in the Town of Lloyd Court on April 18, 2017.
