Arrest : Deputies from the Ulster County Sheriff’s Office report the arrest of Theresa Cogswell, age 28, and Toby O’Connor, age 35, both of 1056 Route 32 of Rosendale N.Y.
Ms. Cogswell and Mr. O’Connor were both charged with the Misdemeanor of Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
On March 9th, 2015 at about 11:57 p.m deputies responded to a domestic in the Town of Rosendale. During the investigation deputies discovered that both parties were intoxicated and unable to take care of there 4 year old son who was present at the time.
Both Ms. Cogswell and Mr. O’Connor were processed and released on appearance tickets due to appear in the Town of Rosendale Court on March 24, 2015 at 6:30pm
Deputies were assisted by members of the New York State Police.
